How it works

Every order leaves from one address.

13509 Hubbard St, seven days a week.

Delivery runs from our Sylmar shop, every day from 10 am to 9 pm, and every driver leaves from that address.

That means the shelf you order from is a real room you could walk into. What is on the Sylmar menu is what is in the Sylmar cases, and it is what goes in the car. There is no separate delivery warehouse and no second inventory.

It also means one honest limit. Beverly, Harbor City and Silver Lake do not deliver, and we are not going to imply otherwise because a page slug has the word in it. If you are closer to one of those three, walking in is the faster answer.

Whether we reach your exact address is confirmed when you start an order, not by a page guessing on your behalf. Enter it on the menu and the system answers straight away.

California requires an age check on every cannabis delivery, so the person receiving the order has to show a valid government issued photo ID.

That means you need to be there. A driver cannot leave a cannabis order at a door, with a neighbour, or in a lobby without checking an ID first, and that is state law rather than our policy.

Our drivers use unmarked cars and keep the handoff short. If you live behind a gate or in a building with a lobby, add the detail as a delivery note when you order and they will work with it.

Cash and debit are both accepted. What applies to your order is shown at checkout.

We will not print a delivery time we cannot stand behind.

Our old site said 45 to 60 minutes. The figure Weedmaps reports is 30 to 60, and that one is for pickup. Traffic on the 5 and the 210 does what it does. So you get a real window at checkout, based on the day you are actually ordering on, instead of a number on a page that was written months ago.
