Do I need a medical card to shop at Caña?
No. Any adult 21 or older can buy with a valid government issued ID. There is no medical card, doctor’s note or qualifying condition.
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid government issued photo ID that shows you are 21 or older. A driver’s licence, a state ID or a passport all work. We check it at the door before you come onto the sales floor.
Which Caña store delivers?
Only our Sylmar shop on Hubbard St, every day from 10 am to 9 pm. Beverly, Harbor City and Silver Lake are walk in only, and glad to see you in person.
How do you take payment?
Cash and debit cards. What you can use is shown at checkout.
What are your hours?
All four stores are open seven days a week. Harbor City opens at 6 am, Sylmar at 8 am, Beverly and Silver Lake at 9 am. Every store closes at 10 pm.
Is this your first time in?
Come before 9:45 pm so there is time to sign you up. The first visit usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, and less once you know the layout. Ask about our first time customer offers while you are at the counter.
Where are prices and stock?
On the menu, and only there. Prices and stock change as the shelf does, and each of the four stores keeps its own menu, so you always see what is in that room today.
Do all four stores carry the same things?
No. Each store keeps its own shelf and its own menu, so what is in at Beverly today is not what is in at Harbor City. Check the menu for the store you are heading to.
